भीष्मराज आङ्देम्बे नेपाली काङ्ग्रेसबाट समानुपातिकतर्फ प्रतिनिधिसभा सदस्य हुन्। उनको चयन आदिवासी जनजाति, पुरुष समूहबाट भएको हो। भीष्मराज आङ्देम्बे एक नेपाली राजनीतिज्ञ हुन्। नेपालको तेस्रो सङ्घीय संसदमा उनी प्रतिपक्षी दलको नेता हुन्। उनी नेपाली काङ्ग्रेसका संसदीय दलको नेता समेत हुन्। उनी समानुपातिक प्रतिनिधित्व प्रणालीअन्तर्गत निर्वाचित भएका थिए। उनी नेपाली काङ्ग्रेसको १२औँ र १३औँ महाधिवेशन मा नेपाली काङ्ग्रेसको कार्यकारी समितिको सदस्य निर्वाचित भएका थिए। २०७० को दोस्रो संविधानसभा निर्वाचनमा पाँचथर क्षेत्र नं २ बाट संविधानसभा सदस्यमा निर्वाचित भएका थिए। संविधानसभा सदस्यमा निर्वाचित भएपछि उनले संविधानसभा अन्तर्गत उद्योग, वाणिज्य तथा उपभोक्ता हकहित समितिको सभापतिको जिम्मेवारीमा रहेर आर्थिक नीति, व्यापार व्यवस्था र उपभोक्ता अधिकारका विषयमा नेतृत्वदायी भूमिका सम्हालेका थिए।
