जोग कुमार बरबरिया यादव नेपाली कम्युनिष्ट पार्टीबाट समानुपातिकतर्फ प्रतिनिधिसभा सदस्य हुन्। उनको चयन मधेसी, पुरुष समूहबाट भएको हो। धनुषाका ६१ वर्षीय जोगकुमार बरबरिया यादव हालै नेपाली कम्युनिष्ट पार्टीबाट समानुपातिक सांसदका रूपमा प्रतिनिधि सभामा प्रवेश गरेका छन्। १३ वर्षको सानै उमेरदेखि कम्युनिस्ट राजनीतिमा होमिएका यादव 'मोटो मसाल' हुँदै सशस्त्र 'जनयुद्ध'मा सक्रिय सहभागी भएका थिए। उनी विशेष गरी मधेशमा माओवादी आन्दोलनलाई स्थापित गर्ने एक प्रभावशाली कमान्डर र जनमुक्ति सेनाको 'कमिसार'का रूपमा चिनिन्छन्। 'जीवन' र 'श्रवण' उपनामले चिनिने उनले युद्धकालमा धनुषा, महोत्तरी, सिरहा र उदयपुर जस्ता जिल्लाहरूको कमान्ड सम्हालेका थिए। मधेशमा सशस्त्र युद्ध असम्भव ठानिएका बेला उनकै नेतृत्वमा जलेश्वर र बन्दीपुर जस्ता स्थानमा दिउँसै आक्रमण गरी माओवादी प्रभाव विस्तार गरिएको थियो।
