Pabitra B.K. serves in the House of Representatives for Nepali Congress, selected through proportional representation under the Dalit, Female group after Nepal's 2026 general election. Pavitra Vishwakarma (Vic), a resident of Hetaunda sub-metropolitan city-2, has been elected as a member of the House of Representatives (MP) by the Nepali Congress from the proportional quota. Active against caste discrimination for more than two decades, he is the only lucky person to become an MP from Makwanpur district this time on the proportional side. Born in Dang in 2034, Pavitra's childhood was a struggle. She got married at the tender age of 14 when she was in eighth grade, but continued her studies even after marriage, earning a Master's (MA) in Sociology.
