Bharat Kumar Swar is a Nepalese politician and House of Representatives member for Nepali Congress, elected from Achham-1 in Nepal's 2026 general election. Born on 24th June 2012 in Ridikot of Acham, Bharat Kumar Swar is an honest and simple leader of Nepali Congress. Swar, who joined the Congress in 2034 inspired by the ideas of BP Koirala, has completed his education up to Proficiency Certificate Level (PCL). He also spent a difficult jail life in Achham and Bajura jails when he raised his voice against the autocratic Panchayat system. His life has been dedicated to the development of democracy, social justice and especially Achham.
