Bharat Kumar Swar represents Achham-1 in the House of Representatives for Nepali Congress, after winning the seat in Nepal's 2026 general election. Born on 24th June 2012 BS in Ridikot of Acham, Bharat Kumar Swar is an honest and simple leader of Nepali Congress. Swar, who joined the Congress in 2034 inspired by the ideas of BP Koirala, has completed his education up to Proficiency Certificate Level (PCL). He also spent a difficult jail life in Achham and Bajura jails when he raised his voice against the autocratic Panchayat system. His life has been dedicated to the development of democracy, social justice and especially Achham.
