राम बहादुर थापा मगर नेपाल कम्युनिष्ट पार्टी (एमाले)बाट समानुपातिकतर्फ प्रतिनिधिसभा सदस्य हुन्। उनको चयन आदिवासी जनजाति, पुरुष समूहबाट भएको हो। Deprecated parameter honorific-prefixDeprecated parameter primeminister1Deprecated parameter primeminister3 रामबहादुर थापा "बादल" (जन्म:२०१२ जेठ ८) एक, नेपाली साम्यवादी राजनीतिज्ञ र नेपालका भूतपूर्व गृहमन्त्री हुन्। उनी नेपाल कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी (नेकपा) का केन्द्रीय सचिवालयका सदस्य हुन्। नेपाल कम्युनिस्ट पार्टीको स्थापना हुनुभन्दा अघि उनले नेपाल कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी (माओवादी केन्द्र) का महासचिव थिए। उनी २०७४ मा बागमती प्रदेशबाट राष्ट्रिय सभामा निर्वाचित भएका थिए। सर्वोच्च न्यायालयले नेकपाको दर्ता बदर गरेपछि उनले माओवादी छोडेर एमाले प्रवेश गरेपछि उनी राष्ट्रिय सभा सदस्यबाट पदमुक्त भएका थिए। २०७८ जेठ ६ मा भएको उपनिर्वाचनमा उनी एमालेको उम्मेदवार भएका थिए। तर विपक्षी गठबन्धनको उमेदवार डा. खिमलाल देवकोटा सँग पराजित भए। डा. किमलाल देवकोटालाई नेपाली काङ्ग्रेस, माओवादी केन्द्र र एमालेको माधव नेपाल पक्षको समर्थन थियो।
