पुष्पराज कँडेलको जन्म २०१२ सालमा धादिङमा भएको हो । उनको बाल्यकाल निकै भिन्न रह्यो, जहाँ उनले १४ वर्षको उमेरसम्म कुनै औपचारिक विद्यालय नपढी हजुरबुबासँग कर्मकाण्ड, रुद्री र चण्डी सिकेका थिए । ढिला गरी विद्यालय जान सुरु गरे पनि उनले २०२६ सालमा एकै पटक सात कक्षामा भर्ना भएर आफ्नो अध्ययनलाई अगाडि बढाए । आर्थिक अभावका बाबजुद उनले मिहिनेतका साथ अध्ययन गरे र २०३० सालमा एसएलसीमा जिल्ला प्रथम भए । विज्ञान पढ्ने इच्छा भए तापनि गणितको प्राविधिक कारणले उनले वाणिज्य संकाय रोज्नुपर्‍यो, जसले पछि उनलाई अर्थशास्त्र र कर प्रणालीको विशेषज्ञ बनायो ।
