भुमिका लिम्बु सुब्बा नेपाल कम्युनिष्ट पार्टी (एमाले)बाट समानुपातिकतर्फ प्रतिनिधिसभा सदस्य हुन्। उनको चयन आदिवासी जनजाति, महिला समूहबाट भएको हो। भूमिका सुब्बाको सांगीतिक, सांस्कृतिक र सांघठनिक यात्रा चार दशक लामो छ। झापाको गौरादहमा २०२७ सालमा जन्मिएकी उनी ११ वर्षको उमेरदेखि नै मेची सांस्कृतिक परिवारमा आबद्ध भएर नृत्यबाट आफ्नो सांस्कृतिक यात्रा सुरु गरिन्। २०३९ सालदेखि प्रगतिशील सांस्कृतिक अभियानमा सक्रिय रहँदै जनवादी सांस्कृतिक आन्दोलनमा जोडिइन्। सुरुमा नृत्यमा केन्द्रित भए पनि पछि गायनतर्फ मोडिएर २०४६ को जनआन्दोलनमा सशक्त सांस्कृतिक आवाज बन्न पुगिन्। प्रगतिशील कलाकार मञ्च, जन सांस्कृतिक मञ्च हुँदै राष्ट्रिय जनसांस्कृतिक महासङ्घको केन्द्रीय अध्यक्षसम्मको जिम्मेवारी सम्हालिसकेकी छिन्। युवा संघ नेपाल, पाँचथर–काठमाडौं सम्पर्क मञ्च र नेकपा एमाले प्रदेश १ कमिटीमा पनि विभिन्न भूमिकामा योगदान दिइन्।
