Chandeshwar Mandal serves in the House of Representatives for Nepal Communist Party (UML), selected through proportional representation under the Madheshi, Male group after Nepal's 2026 general election. Chandeshwar Mandal is an experienced politician from Siraha, who has recently been appointed as a member of the House of Representatives through proportional election system on behalf of CPN-UML. Born in 2021, Mandal has been active in politics since 2038, joining UML. He was defeated twice in the past (2074 and 2079) as chairman of Arnama Rural Municipality. Although he had to suffer defeat in the local level elections, UML has taken him to the federal parliament, appreciating his continuity and contribution in the party organization.
