प्रभा ढकाल राष्ट्रिय स्वतन्त्र पार्टीबाट समानुपातिकतर्फ प्रतिनिधिसभा सदस्य हुन्। उनको चयन खस आर्य, महिला समूहबाट भएको हो। चितवनलाई कर्मथलो बनाएकी प्रभा ढकाल हालै राष्ट्रिय स्वतन्त्र पार्टी (रास्वपा) बाट सांसदका रूपमा निर्वाचित भएकी छिन्।५ मंसिर २०४३ मा जन्मेकी उनले सानैदेखि बुबाआमाबाट दीनदुःखीको सेवा गर्ने संस्कार सिकेकी थिइन्। लामो समयदेखि चितवनमा समाजसेवा र परोपकारी कार्यमा सक्रिय उनले विशेषगरी सडकमा अलपत्र परेका मानिसहरूको उद्धार र विपन्न बिरामीहरूको निःशुल्क उपचारका लागि अस्पतालहरूसँग समन्वय गर्ने काममा साढे दुई दशक बिताइन्। पार्टी स्थापनाको छोटो समयमै संगठन विस्तारका लागि बागमती प्रदेशका १३ वटै जिल्लाका विकट गाउँबस्ती पुगेकी उनको निरन्तरको खटाइ र इमानदारितालाई मूल्यांकन गर्दै पार्टीले उनलाई खस आर्य महिला कोटाबाट सांसद चयन गरेको हो।
