For education, his family moved from Taplejung to Jhapa, where he started his primary education from Durga Secondary School in Garamani. Later he passed his SLC from Gnanchakshu School in Dharan and completed his studies up to B.Ed in higher education. In 2077, he married Nanda, who herself is active in social service.
