Dr. Lalita Kumari serves in the House of Representatives for Rastriya Swatantra Party, selected through proportional representation under the Madheshi, Female group after Nepal's 2026 general election. Dr. Lalita Kumari was born on 2nd June 2028 in Darbhanga district of Bihar state, India. She married Vishnu Saha of Siraha, Mirchaiya in 2057 and obtained matrimonial citizenship from District Administration Office Siraha in 2059. She is currently 54 years old and is a permanent resident of Mirchaiya Municipality-5 in Siraha.
