Nisha Mehta serves in the House of Representatives for Rastriya Swatantra Party, selected through proportional representation under the Madheshi, Female group after Nepal's 2026 general election. Nisha Mehta (born 07 August 1987) is a Nepalese politician and nurse, who has served as the Minister of Health and Food Hygiene under Balen Shah Cabinet. Mehta was elected to the Pratinidhi Sabha from Rastriya Swatantra Party at the 2026 general election. She was elected from the party list under the Madheshi female cluster.
Nisha Mehta was selected from Rastriya Swatantra Party’s proportional representation list in the “Madheshi, Female” group. List seats are shared out by each party’s national vote, so list members do not represent a single constituency.
