कविन्द्र बुर्लाकोटी एक नेपाली राजनीतिज्ञ हुन् जो राष्ट्रिय स्वतन्त्र पार्टीको महामन्त्रीको रूपमा कार्यरत छन्। उनी प्रतिनिधि सभा निर्वाचन, २०८२मा गोरखा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र नम्बर २ बाट २६,६६० मत प्राप्त गर्दै नेपाली काङ्ग्रेसका प्रकाशचन्द्र दवाडीलाई पराजित गरी सातौँ प्रतिनिधि सभाको सदस्यमा निर्वाचित भएका थिए। यसअघि उनले २०७९ को आम निर्वाचनमा पनि सोही निर्वाचन क्षेत्रबाट चुनाव लडेका थिए, जहाँ उनी माओवादी केन्द्रका नेता पुष्पकमल दाहालसँग ठूलो मतान्तरले पराजित भएका थिए।
