Tika Sangraula is a Nepalese politician and House of Representatives member for Rastriya Swatantra Party, selected from the proportional list under the Khas Arya, Female, Backward Area group after Nepal's 2026 general election. Born in East Panchthar and brought up in Jhapa, 33-year-old Tika Sangraula (Jwala Sangraula) has recently been elected proportional member of parliament from the Rashtriya Swatantra Party (RASWPA). The "injustice-intolerant" rebellious flame has been identified as an ardent social activist. After her marriage with Himal Upadhyay of Achham, she became the "daughter-in-law" of the Far West and on that basis, she got the opportunity to represent the cluster of backward areas in Parliament. Through street dust, police detention and social media agitation, she has now reached the highest policy-making level in the country.
