Prem Bahadur Bayak serves in the House of Representatives for Nepali Communist Party, selected through proportional representation under the Khas Arya, Male, Disability group after Nepal's 2026 general election. Prem Bahadur Bayak is a 45-year-old political activist and social activist. Born in Pauwapur, Lamki Chuha Municipality-4, Kalikot, he received his primary education from Motipur School and his secondary education from Janajagruti Secondary School in Lamki Chuha. I.A. from Kalikot Multipurpose Campus in Dangdhi. Bayak, who had studied till 2054/55, joined the All Revolutionary Student Association and within two years became active in the politics of the CPN Maoist Party and lived an underground life since 2057.
