सोविता गौतम (जन्म: २०५२ असार ३) एक नेपाली राजनीतिज्ञ हुन् जसले १३ चैत २०८२ देखि कानुन, न्याय तथा संसदीय मामिला मन्त्रीको रूपमा सेवा गरिरहेकी छिन्। उनी प्रतिनिधि सभा निर्वाचन, २०७९मा काठमाडौँ २ बाट प्रतिनिधि सभा सदस्यमा निर्वाचित भएकी थिइन्। २७ वर्षको उमेरमा उनी प्रतिनिधि सभामा प्रत्यक्ष निर्वाचित हुने सबैभन्दा कान्छी सदस्य बनेकी थिइन्। उनी राष्ट्रिय स्वतन्त्र पार्टीकी संस्थापक सदस्य हुन्। गौतम एक युवा कार्यकर्ता र पेसाले अधिवक्ता पनि हुन्। उनले चार वर्षभन्दा बढी समय नेपाल टेलिभिजनमा "स्वास्थ्य सरोकार" नामक टेलिभिजन कार्यक्रम सञ्चालन गरेकी थिइन्। विगतमा उनले नेपालमा 'सहायक प्रजनन प्रविधि' लाई संस्थागत र नियमन गर्नुपर्ने आवश्यकताका बारेमा लेखहरू लेखेकी छिन्।
