सस्मित पोखरेल (जन्म: २०५२ फागुन १) एक नेपाली राजनीतिज्ञ र कानुनी पेशाकर्मी हुन्। उनले १३ चैत २०८२ देखि नेपाल सरकारको शिक्षा, विज्ञान तथा प्रविधि मन्त्री र युवा तथा खेलकुद मन्त्रीको रूपमा सेवा गरिरहेका छन्। उनी प्रतिनिधि सभा निर्वाचन, २०८२मा राष्ट्रिय स्वतन्त्र पार्टीको तर्फबाट काठमाडौँ ५ निर्वाचन क्षेत्रबाट निर्वाचित प्रतिनिधि सभा सदस्य हुन्। उनी नेपालको नेपालको तेस्रो सङ्घीय संसदका सबैभन्दा कान्छा सांसदहरूमध्ये एक हुन्।
