यज्ञमणि न्यौपाने राष्ट्रिय स्वतन्त्र पार्टीबाट मोरङ-१ का प्रतिनिधिसभा सदस्य हुन्। उनी २०८२ को निर्वाचनमा प्रत्यक्ष निर्वाचित भएका हुन्। यज्ञमणि न्यौपानेको जन्म वि.सं. २०४१ भदौ २७ गते काठमाडौँमा भएको हो। बुबा दिवाकर न्यौपानेका सुपुत्र उनी हाल काठमाडौँ महानगरपालिकामा बसोबास गर्छन्। उनले स्नातकोत्तर (एम.ए.) तहसम्मको शिक्षा हासिल गरेका छन्। करिब ४१ वर्षको उमेरमा उनी राष्ट्रिय राजनीतिमा एक आशालाग्दो र बौद्धिक अनुहारका रूपमा स्थापित भएका छन्।
