गणेश पौडेल राष्ट्रिय स्वतन्त्र पार्टीबाट रौतहट-४ का प्रतिनिधिसभा सदस्य हुन्। उनी २०८२ को निर्वाचनमा प्रत्यक्ष निर्वाचित भएका हुन्। गणेश पौडेल रौतहटको चन्द्रपुर नगरपालिका–दुर्गा चोकका रैथाने बासिन्दा हुन्। ११ माघ २०३९ मा जन्मिएका पौडेल एक युवा, ऊर्जावान र उच्च शिक्षित व्यक्तित्वका रूपमा परिचित छन्। उनले दुई विषयमा स्नातकोत्तर (Master's Degree) तहसम्मको शैक्षिक योग्यता हासिल गरेका छन्। उनको स्पष्ट भिजन र युवा छविका कारण स्थानीय स्तरमा उनलाई आशालाग्दो नेतृत्वका रूपमा हेरिने गरिएको छ।
