Sunil Lamsal, General Minister of the Rashtriya Swatantra Party (RASWPA) is a young candidate for the Member of the House of Representatives from Rupandehi Constituency No. 1. Although he was born in Syangja, he is an engineer by profession and has been permanently residing in Valbari in Rupandehi for the past two decades. Lamsal, who joined RSVP along with Balendra Shah, has attained a high and responsible post like General Minister in the organizational structure of the party in a short period of time. He has a technical background and has played a successful role as an infrastructure consultant in Kathmandu Metropolitan City. He has studied in waste management and entered the election field with a scientific and long-term development agenda.
