Shobha Khanal

Shobha Khanal serves in the House of Representatives for Rastriya Swatantra Party, selected through proportional representation under the Khas Arya, Female group after Nepal's 2026 general election. Shobha Khanal is a resident of Gandaki Rural Municipality-5 Darvung in Gorkha. From a young age, he was influenced by the political environment of his family, who had a tendency to speak out against discrimination and injustice in the society. Her grandfather and father were politically active in the village, while her mother's activism in women's groups and school management committees inspired her to become a social worker. Shobha, who passed her SLC in 2060 from Ratneshwar High School, did her 12th standard from Manmohan Memorial College in Kathmandu and her Masters in Political Science from Padmakanya Campus.
