Purushotam Suprabhat Yadav serves in the House of Representatives for Rastriya Swatantra Party, selected through proportional representation under the Madheshi, Male group after Nepal's 2026 general election. Purushottam Yadav, a 27-year-old youth leader is an emerging representative of the Gen Z generation in Nepali politics. He came to Kathmandu on August 25 and led the anti-corruption campaign and the 'WakeUp Nepal' movement. On August 23 (September 8), he took official permission from the District Administration Office to hold a peaceful protest at Maitighar Mandla in Kathmandu.
