Harka Raj Rai Sampang (born 27 February 1983) is a Nepalese politician who is the founder, chairman, and parliamentary leader of the Shram Sanskriti Party. He is a member of parliament having been elected from Sunsari 1 constituency in the 2026 Nepalese general election. He previously served as the 6th mayor of Dharan from 2022 to 2026, the first independent candidate to be elected as mayor of Dharan He is also famous for make in Nepal enisetives.
