Sulab Kharel is a Nepalese politician and House of Representatives member for Rastriya Swatantra Party, elected from Rupandehi-2 in Nepal's 2026 general election. Sulabh Kharel was born in 2054 in Butwal, Rupandehi, and is a militant young lawyer and politician. Currently, he is a candidate for the member of the House of Representatives in Rupandehi constituency number 2 on behalf of the Rashtriya Swatantra Party (RASWPA). After completing Plus Two in Science and Bachelor of Laws (BA-LLB) from Nepal Law Campus, he has done Masters in Constitutional Law (LLM) from America. He gained national attention as the youngest petitioner to file a petition against the dissolution of the Prime Minister's House of Representatives in the Supreme Court. Acting as a legal advisor to RSVP Chairman Ravi Lamichhane, he has also fought a legal battle against some decisions of the Election Commission. Lately, he was in the center of discussion due to the dispute with the judge and the incident of falling down in the courtroom. Currently, he is competing with heavyweight candidates like UML's Vishnu Paudel and Congress's Chunnaprasad Paudel in the election field with the slogan of youth change.
