He has obtained a Master's degree in Political Science from Tribhuvan University. Budha, who is known as a studious personality, has been analyzing society and politics based on the foundation of his higher education. Currently, he is in charge of the Acting President of Nepali Congress Jajarkot and in the upcoming House of Representatives election, Jajarkot region no. 1 has entered the election field as a direct candidate.
