Karishma Kathariya serves in the House of Representatives for Rastriya Swatantra Party, selected through proportional representation under the Tharu, Female group after Nepal's 2026 general election. V.No. Born in 2053 in a middle-class family, Karisma spent her childhood in a rural environment. She completed her schooling from schools in Kailali and graduated from Tikapur Multipurpose Campus in Management. Although she was interested in social service from a young age, her family had no political background and initially she did not think of joining politics.
